Prep

This procedure consists of undercutting of any existing waterline tile and sandblasting of the pool’s surface area. The sandblasting is used to remove old, loose plaster and in some cases even paint from the pool shell. Once the blasting is complete, a bond coat agent is applied. The bond coat is a mixture of sand, cement, and glue. This application helps the adhesion of your new pool surface finish.
