Steel
Steel is used to form and strengthen the pool structure; we use steel in floors, walls, beams, benches, seats, etc. The steel is installed per an engineered steel plan. Steel is also used in swimming pool remodels; in many cases we drill and dowel to tie steel into an existing structure. We use steel to form and strengthen raised bond beams, spa additions, benches, love seats, shamu shelves, beach entries, size conversions, and depth reductions and conversions. We also use steel in piers, footings, retaining walls, new decking, ponds, and river beds. As a rule, steel is installed in any type of new structure or structural change.
