Demolition & Stripping

In the remodel of your pool, removal of your old tile, coping, and plaster will be done. The crew will remove the coping and plaster using a jack hammer. The waterline tile is removed using an air chipping hammer. Debris is hauled away from the site and taken to the proper recycling company for their disposal. Crews will leave the project site clean.

Stripping of old plaster

The strip procedure is done by men using an air chipping hammer. The old plaster is removed from the pool shell; approx. 80 to 95 percent of the old plaster will be removed, exposing the existing gunite shell. This process adds to the longevity of your pool’s new surface. Debris will be hauled away, and the site will be left clean.
